General guide on e-mailing your own PSA designs:

Send us a Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Publisher file that is alterable or if you are sending files .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or .htm, use the following guide:

1) use at least 30-point font for all text

2) contrast is key: use dark backgrounds with light fonts or vice-versa

3) DO NOT "cram" info. onto a single page & use enough spacing- only list the pertinent info. - the what's, where's, when's, and who's (as well as contact info.)

4) if there is enough open space, use high-quality graphic images where possible (photos, logos, clip art)

5) if there is enough space, leave the lower-third portion of the screen open - this allows us to add a scroll information along the bottom of the screen
